Strategies for Re-engaging Your Audiences As California Reopens

So much remains unknown even as our Monterey Bay region reopens from the COVID-19 pandemic. An agile nonprofit communications plan that works even in uncertain times can help. This two-part training and coaching offers timely guidance and practical tools to re-engage key audiences with success.

Who should participate?

This in-depth support is aimed at smaller nonprofits that do not have their own communications department. Teams of 2-3 may participate together. All are welcome.

Cost

$45 total (per nonprofit) includes two virtual workshops, coaching and drop-in clinic. Some scholarships available.

May 4, 10:00-11:30 a.m. How To Develop or Update a Nonprofit Communications Plan That Works In Times of Uncertainty
  • Understand practical communications strategies and messaging appropriate for small nonprofit organizations, and
  • increase your confidence for taking a proactive (vs. reactive) approach to communicating during the recovery phases of the crises.
May 11, 10:00-11:30 a.m. Strategies for Re-engaging Your Audiences As California Re-Opens
  • Reflect on and anticipate possible needs/barriers for re-engaging with constituents during the comeback process (this might include clients, volunteers or staff, audiences, donors, etc.)

Coaching

Participants have the opportunity for one-on-one coaching with Karla Reyes Noguera to support their communications efforts. May 12-31, 2021.

About the presenter:

Karla Reyes Noguera, MBA, leads Dreamco Marketing and Consulting. She is an entrepreneur and dreamer who has more than eight years of experience advising and presenting workshops to entrepreneurs. She earned an MBA in 2015 to learn how to better support small business owners in realizing their dreams. Karla has been a presenter at the Small Business Development Center of Silicon Valley, the University of California at Santa Cruz, Stanford University, and El Pajaro Community Development Corporation, to name a few. Her passion is supporting small business owners to realize their dreams and live their best life.
