The Siembra Latino Fund was created in 2017 to improve the quality of life for Latino residents in Monterey County. “Siembra” means “to sow” and the fund seeks to grow opportunity for local residents. Each year, the Siembra Latinos Fund Advisory Board determines where its available grant dollars can be placed for the greatest impact on our community’s highest priority needs. Grantmaking funds are growing but are limited.

Siembra grants are expected to range between $2,500-$5,000.
