Description
This clinic is intended to help grantseekers strengthen the Evaluation Plan section of their Community Impact grant application and final report. The purpose of this session is to provide grantseekers with
- Clarity and transparency on what the Community Foundation is looking for in a strong Evaluation Plan;
- A better understanding of how to submit a stronger grant application; and
- Feedback on how to propose realistic indicators and measurable goals.
A brief overview of program evaluation will be provided to support program improvement and foundation grant applications in general. Examples of strong evaluation plans will be shared, and attendees will have time to work on their evaluation plans during the session. Community Foundation program officers will be available to provide feedback on draft evaluation plans. If your organization has an evaluation system, please bring a clear description and/or sample with you to revise in this hands-on clinic.
