Celebrating Carmel Valley 2023

Thank you to all who joined at beautiful Holman Ranch on Sunday, November 12 to celebrate and share the exciting ways we are making a positive impact through the Community Fund for Carmel Valley!
Special thanks to Andra Briant, who spoke about her family’s experience during the recent flooding in Carmel Valley and the support they received from the Fund and Advisory Board members.
Since 2020, together we have strengthened Carmel Valley by:
- Granting $280,000 to local nonprofits
- Granting $188,000 for relief and recovery from the 2020 fires and $27,000 for 2023 floods
- Raising an endowment of more than $50,000
Growing the endowment builds a permanent, dedicated philanthropic resource to meet Carmel Valley needs for generations to come. Thank you to many of you and other generous donors for making this possible!
The Community Fund for Carmel Valley is a participant in the 2023 Monterey County Gives! initiative and each gift received between now and 12/31/23 will have a 10-15% match making your gift more impactful in the future of Carmel Valley.
