Transform Yourself, Your Team, Your Community
Nonprofit organizations continue to take on greater responsibilities in our community and the need for their services grows every year. LEAD helps organizations meet these challenges.
LEAD participants bring practical, up-to-date, effective skills and knowledge back to their organizations, ready to apply and share those new tools. Their contact with other participants and trainers expands their organization's network of resources and potential partners.
LEAD gives participants an understanding of the complexities of running an entire organization, not just a department or program. Graduates will be ready to be an effective member of an organization's management/ leadership team, assisting the executive director and organization for greater impact.
LEAD is jointly certified through the Community Foundation for Monterey County and CSU Monterey Bay's Extended Education program in coordination with the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County and the Community Foundation for San Benito County. CFMC gratefully acknowledges the partners who make LEAD Institute possible.
