Next Steps for Small Nonprofits

Next Steps for Small Nonprofits

If you are like many small nonprofits in Monterey County, you have a track record of delivering a strong program, but the dream of tackling projects to strengthen your nonprofit’s infrastructure often gets stuck on the back burner. Next Steps for Small Nonprofits aims to help make that dream a reality for eight local organizations.

Grantmaking “Plus” Wrap-around Support

Next Steps is unique because it offers money (general operating support for three years) to help stabilize your organization plus training, coaching and support to make your infrastructure plans a reality. With board members and other stakeholders who are open to learning and change all moving in the same direction, it can set the stage for you to take these transformative next steps.
