Monterey County, California —  The Southern Monterey County Foundation, an affiliate fund of the Community Foundation for Monterey County, has $18,000 available to grant in 2019 to nonprofit organizations, public programs and other groups serving Southern Monterey County Residents. Grants are expected to range from $500 to $2,000 and focus on projects and programs that benefit the communities of Southern Monterey County, which covers King City and all points south, excluding the coastal region.

Grant proposals are due 5:00 p.m. Friday, September 27, 2019 and decisions will be announced in late November.
