The Salvation Army, Golden State Division, Office of Planned Giving The Salvation Army and the Community Foundation for Monterey Countyy are pleased to offer the 23rd Annual Estate & Charitable Gift Planning Institute LIVE webcast on Monday, September 21st, 2015 at 7:00am to 1:30pm. Participants are eligible to receive up to 6 hours of LIVE MCLE, CFP, CPE and CTFA credit (Pending).
Please join us as we discuss how recent developments affect our thinking about current estate plans and planning tools, as well as:
- Ethical crossroads in designing and implementing plans
- Recent developments in tax and case law
- Charitable planning in the current environment
