Erin Fogg of Spoke Consulting is back – by very popular demand from her last training with NAMC on communicating effectively and efficiently (with joy!). In this session, Erin will focus on what happens when you use your “why” effectively to engage staff, volunteers, and contractors as you develop, craft, and share your message.  Erin will guide you through best practices for supporting your team to maximize creativity, innovation, and results—including what you need to know about yourself before engaging others, and how to craft a scope of work that helps creative experts inform your efforts while centering your unique vision and mission.

Erin Fogg has dedicated her career to making the world more equitable, prosperous, and just, working with a wide array of charities, philanthropists, government agencies, political candidates, and elected officials. Prior to founding Spoke Consulting, Erin was the vice president and highest-producing consultant at a boutique strategic communications firm in Marin County. Erin brings a richly cross-cultural personal background to her work. She has called both Indonesia and Spain home and has traveled extensively across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
