Join us to learn more about the upcoming LEAD 2022 cohort. We will cover what is new for LEAD Institute in 2022, the LEAD commitment requirement, the application process, and answer your questions.

LEAD Institute is a year-long leadership development program of the Community Foundation for Monterey County serving the diverse communities of Monterey, Santa Cruz and San Benito Counties. It can be a good fit for newer Executive Directors or developing leaders within local nonprofits or community groups who are ready to step into greater responsibility.
