This workshop will take place online.
$15 per person – scholarships available for Irvine Salinas Grantees, First 5 Funded Partner Agencies, and nonprofits supporting children & families who are at-risk, marginalized, or low-income.

Strategic planning, board development, evaluation – you may wish to hire a consultant to support your nonprofit in these types of projects and many others. How do you find a consultant that is a good fit for your organization’s needs, values and culture? How do you communicate effectively to get great value? Where can you find funding for this work? Especially for nonprofits with smaller budgets, this process can be daunting. All are invited to attend this lunch-and-learn to

  • increase your knowledge of how to prepare, find and select, then successfully engage with a consultant
  • learn about local consulting resources, including the Nonprofit Consultant Directory.
