Regardless of where you are in this process, you and your team are invited to take part this two-part Introduction to Equity training offered by the Center for Nonprofit Excellence of the Community Foundation for Monterey County. The training program is offered virtually and is facilitated by a team from NCBI Monterey County. Participation is free for nonprofits serving Monterey County.

• During the workshops, your nonprofit team will be provided with approaches to address individual and group lived experiences and relationships
• Gain an introduction to the essential components of DEI change; receive organizational Assessments and Action Plan Templates.
