- Learn techniques for converting a job description into a powerful job ad
- Hear best-practices for an effective recruitment plan with DEI and sustainability in mind.
- Discuss with other local nonprofits ideas to enhance recruitment.

About the Presenter:
Candice Elliott is a community-minded human resources strategist who works with business leaders to develop management systems based on their unique worldview. She has a Masters in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State, is a Senior Professional in HR, and has worked in HR in California for over 10 years.
