The Monterey Bay Chapter of the International Association of Fundraising Professionals hosts its 2019 Summer Fundraising Summit on Wednesday, June 5, at Embassy Suites, Seaside, CA.

The full-day conference will include a continental breakfast, a renowned keynote speaker, six breakout sessions, a networking lunch, a general session, wine reception, and more!

Our keynote speaker is Brigid McGrath Massie, author and business consultant. Brigid has delivered thousands of keynote speeches and management seminars throughout the United States focusing on enhancing personal effectiveness, leadership skills, management abilities, sales skills, and customer service.

Attendees will hear from Victoria Verlezza of CSUMB on equity and diversity and from Carrie Rice, founder of Project Donor Love on online Major Gifts. Steven Shattuck, Chief Engagement Officer of Bloomerang, will share his expertise on video production for small shop fundraisers. Caitlin Scott of FCP Communications will present a session on strategic communications. Brenna Holmes will present on Welcoming new Online Donors. E Griffin Ortiz from Digital NEST and Josh Madfis from United Way MC will discuss Innovation. Closing out the day will be a special presentation of our local Monterey County Grantmakers panel.
