A Healing Support Network is a group of peers from across different systems that form a community to support one another in the work of reducing the impacts of stress and trauma and attending to the healing of self and community by learning together, sharing strategies, and caring for each other’s wellness.

Join us on select Mondays from 12:15-12:45 to learn and practice trauma-informed and healing strategies to integrate into your workweek. Each session will focus on a TIS principle and practice.

What are the T2 Healing Support Network sessions?

The T2 Healing Support Network sessions are designed to build a Healing Support Network for the target regions (Monterey, San Benito, Sacramento, San Bernardino, Riverside) by providing interested individuals who work in those regions with opportunities to:

• Participate in training and receive coaching to learn ways to use trauma-informed and healing practices in their work
• Strengthen their capacity for holding healing spaces for others through training and skill development
• Meet others who share similar goals and values and build lasting and positive relationships to form a peer support network to share strategies, collaborate, and support each other in the work
