Breakfasts take place on Fridays from 9:00am – 10:30am PST on the following dates: March 24, April 7, May 19, June 23, and July 28, 2023.
The Center for Nonprofit Excellence hosts a monthly breakfast to invest in the resilience of nonprofit leaders of diverse backgrounds. We invite nonprofit executives to recharge and reconnect – join the monthly Executive Director Breakfast Roundtable to share wisdom, strategies, and resources for leadership growth. New and veteran nonprofit executives are encouraged to attend this event.
About the Facilitator:
G. Luca Oake returns as facilitator for the ED Breakfast Roundtable. Luca holds an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, and a PhD in Education and Technology from Florida International University. Her evolutionary career spans tech, management, nonprofit leadership, and professional development. She’s influenced and guided the growth of leaders and organizations globally of all sizes and across a wide range of industries. As a gay woman of color in tech and the only person of any generation on either side of her family with a doctorate and tech stock, Luca is especially committed to supporting leaders with DEI strategy and has regularly owned responsibility for reworking existing HR programs and establishing new initiatives that incorporate diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
