Join us for an engaging training that provides helpful tips and actions you can take to effectively give and receive feedback in your nonprofit. Mel will cover how this can help you develop and retain your team as you develop their leadership abilities.

You’ll also learn what you can do to create the conditions for regular upward feedback from your direct reports, especially across lines of race, power, and gender differences.
