  • February 23 - Agenda items: Welcome new Board members, conduct team building session, present 2009 year in review and review plans for 2010.
     
  • April 27 – Grantee reports, community leaders, etc.
     
  • May 25 – Audit, select distinguished trustee award recipient, appoint Nominating Committee
     
  • August 24 – Special projects and grantee reports
     
  • September 28 – Donor recognition event / Annual Meeting
     
  • October 26 – Literacy Grants, Stanton-Doud Grants
     
  • November 16 - Board nominations for 2011, approve 2011 budget, Holiday Social
