Kaki Rusmore
Director of Organizational and Leadership Development
Through the Management Assistance Program, Kaki works to assist organizations and communities in achieving their goals and improving the lives of everyone in those communities. She has more than 25 years experience supporting community-based and nonprofit organizations, both in the US and Latin America, and is fully bilingual in Spanish and English.
She has worked with grassroots, local, regional, national and international organizations in many fields, including leadership development, rural community development, micro-enterprise, agriculture, housing, child care enterprises, and women’s programs. She has acted as director, volunteer, consultant, staff and board member in nonprofits, for-profits and cooperatives.
She has an M. Ed in Adult Education and Economic Development from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She also loves to enjoy the rich cultural and natural communities of our region and spend time with friends and family.
