Craig L. Johnson

Craig Johnson is a partner in the investment banking firm of Wood Warren & Co., which specializes in merger and acquisition activities for private corporations. He has previously headed up the Western US and Technology Industry investment banking efforts for Dean Witter and then Smith Barney, while based in San Francisco. He is also presently the President of the Board of Trustees of the Monterey Museum of Art and on the board of a mutual water utility.
Craig served as an officer in the US Navy. He received his BA from Harvard College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He lives on the Monterey Peninsula with his wife, Christine. Their three sons all live in the San Francisco Bay area.
