Breck Tostevin graduated from Stanford University in 1959 and attended Golden Gate University from 1961-1962. He taught income tax courses at Monterey Peninsula College from 1968-1988. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Society of California Accountants. He has also served on numerous boards of local non-profit organizations and has further continued his community involvement.
