How can your organization make good strategic decisions about what to do – and not do? How can your organization learn what works and what doesn’t work, and use these lessons to become more effective? TCC Group will provide an overview of adaptive capacity, key frameworks and tools that can help you as you navigate the rapids of organizational change, and examples of successful adaptive leadership. There will also be ample time for you to reflect on the ideas presented and discuss how to apply them to your current situation. Participants will leave with:

  • A stronger sense of what is core to your organization
  • Tools to evaluate market conditions and organizational priorities and make strategic decisions
  • Ideas for developing a system and culture of organizational learning that will help your organization do things differently to maximize impact
  • Inspiration to be an adaptive leader
