
Neighborhood Grants Program (NGP)
The Neighborhood Grants Program is one of the most popular and successful programs at the Community Foundation. Small grants and training workshops are provided to help neighborhood groups throughout Monterey County. Started in 1997 with a grant from the Packard Foundation, the Neighborhood Grants Program is now fully integrated into the ongoing operations of the Community Foundation.
Application Deadline: Friday, March 2, 2012 before 5:00 PM.
INFORMATION SESSIONS
Interested community members are encouraged, but not required, to attend an information session about the Neighborhood Grants Program. They are scheduled for:

GRANTEES REPORTING REQUIREMENTS
Groups who receive a Neighborhood Grant are required to submit a final report to the Community Foundation for Monterey County. The report is due twelve (12) months after the Applicant Awards Ceremony. Funded groups who do not submit a final report will be inelegible to apply in future year(s) until they have fulfilled this reporting requirement.
