DAN COHEN founded Full Court Press in 2001 with a vision of providing public relations, public affairs and crisis counsel to companies, foundations and non-profits who wish to use strategic communications to make social change. Dan was recently named by the East Bay Business Journal as one of its "40 under 40." He is a licensed attorney but chooses to practice strategic communications … his passion.
GILDA ESTRADA is Manager of Volunteer Programs at United Way Monterey County. She has several years of experience in the nonprofit sector, and a Master of Public Administration. She is an alumna of the AmeriCorp program and has volunteered overseas. She works with nonprofit and public agencies throughout Monterey County to promote and build capacity through volunteerism.
ALICE L. FERRIS, MBA, ACFRE and JAMES ANDERSON are partners in GoalBusters, a consulting firm providing customized fundraising, marketing and strategic planning services, primarily for small development shops. In their careers to date, Alice and Jim have helped raise nearly $9 million for organizations and philanthropic causes.Alice and Jim, who are both AFP Master Teachers, have presented at AFP Chapters throughout the country and at the AFP International Conference.
BETH KANTER is the author of Beth's Blog: How Nonprofits Can Use Social Media (http://www.bethkanter.org), one of the longest running and most popular blogs for nonprofits and co-author of the book, The Networked Nonprofit, published by J. Wiley in 2010. She curated NTEN's "We Are Media: Nonprofit Social Media Starter Kit," an online community of people from nonprofits who are interested in learning and teaching about how social media strategies and tools can enable nonprofit organizations to create, compile, and distribute their stories and change the world. She is the Visiting Scholar for Social Media and Nonprofits for the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.

SUSAN MISRA is a Senior Consultant with TCC Group based in San Francisco. Misra holds a Master's in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, and her areas of expertise include: capacity building, organizational assessment, strategic planning, business planning, and grants management. Misra has also worked as an independent diversity trainer and facilitator with organizations such as the Anti-Defamation League and Leadership Development in Interethnic Relations.

JOY RUBEY has worked with nonprofit organizations for nearly 30 years as a staff member, administrator, board member, volunteer and consultant specializing in fundraising and grant prop osal writing. She has a Master of Arts in Public Administration and is currently a lecturer in nonprofit management for CSUMB's Department of Health, Human Services and Public Policy as well as providing consulting to local nonprofit organizations.
AURELIO SALAZAR, JR., is Program Officer of the Neighborhood Grants Program of the Community Foundation for Monterey County. He has many years experience working with community groups, nonprofits, and government organizations.

KAKI RUSMORE is Director of Organizational and Leadership Development for the Community Foundation for Monterey County, and has over 25 years experience in organizational development training and consulting in the US and Latin America. She is also coordinates the LEAD Institute (Leadership Education and Development).
