Leadership Education and Development (LEAD)
The LEAD Institute provides capable nonprofit managers in Santa Cruz, San Benito and Monterey Counties with the skills and experience needed for organization-wide leadership teams. Join us for monthly seminars packed with useful information and an opportunity to build mutual support with your peers.
All of this in one seminar per month, complemented by applied learning in the workplace, peer and leadership coaching, and personal and professional goals. LEAD helps to develop a group of future nonprofit leaders that serve the diverse communities of our region. Meet the 2011/12 Cohort or watch the LEAD video on YouTube.

“LEAD provides the breadth and depth of professional development needed to bring our next generation of leaders on board. We are very impressed with the results with our first participant... We could never afford the multi-faceted approach and resources LEAD provides. LEAD is exactly what is needed in our community. We just wish we could send five of our staff”
