Conference Room

The Conference Room is available for complimentary use by nonprofit organizations, professional associations, and affiliate organizations. The facility consists of one large room (50' x 32'). It can accommodate a maximum of 60 people.

The room is available for meetings Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Services include:

  • Audio-visual capabilities
  • Complimentary coffee, tea, and filtered water
  • Basic kitchen with microwave (no stove or dishwasher)
  • Small conference room for breakout sessions or refreshments
  • List of approved caterers
  • Wireless Internet
