2010 Women’s Fund Committee Meeting Dates

Committees

There are a number of working committees of the Women’s Fund that work in partnership with the Director. Each committee has a liaison to the Leadership Council. The committees include:

  • Fund Development and Communications: Develops the Fund Development and Communications Plans and shares responsibility for fundraising, donor engagement and general communications.
     
  • Grants: Comprised of donors contributing $2,500 or more annually to the Fund and members of the Leadership Council interested in strategic grant making. The Grants Committee makes recommendations for grants to the Leadership Council which, in turn, makes recommendations to the CFMC Board.
     
  • Economic Equity and Health: Program committees that provide guidance and oversight to the work within the current priority focus areas. Committee members assist in the design of projects and provide recommendations to the Director regarding implementation of projects.
     
  • Planning: The Chair-Elect and other members of the Leadership Council. This ad hoc committee assists the Director in developing the annual plan each year.
     
  • Nominating: Leadership Council members interested in developing the process for recruiting and training new members of the Leadership Council.
