Presenter:
Roberta Young, MS, SHRM SCP, has many years’ experience providing human resources services, especially those related to leadership, team-building, and professional development. She has worked in for-profit and nonprofit organizations, including the health care field, faith-based organizations, and senior housing. She has experience in leading large training projects and developing leaders and staff. She has worked for non-profits as a Human Resources Director and as a Human Resources Generalist. For over 10 years, Roberta has worked as an independent contractor, providing consulting and training to large and small local organizations. Roberta has served on several non-profit boards including the Central Coast Human Resources Association Board.

Cancellation Policy:
Notice of cancellation must be received in writing (email or fax) by the Community Foundation at least two full working days prior to the workshop. In the case of a scholarship recipient no-show, the individual may be invoiced if written cancellation is not received within two working days.
