Grantseekers and nonprofit organizations in Monterey County now have access to a valuable new collection of resources at the nonprofit resource library of the Community Foundation For Monterey County: a Cooperating Collection of the Foundation Center. Established in 1956, the Foundation Center is the nation’s leading authority on organized philanthropy, serving grantseekers, grantmakers, researchers, policymakers, the media, and the general public.
Cooperating Collections provide tools for nonprofit organizations and those serving under-resourced and underserved populations to become successful grantseekers.
Our Nonprofit Resource Library offers free access to resources such as
Reference materials of the Cooperating Collection enhance the current holdings at the Community Foundation which include nonprofit-management and leadership books, articles and periodicals not available in other locations in the county.
